This motorway bridge, total length 740 m, crosses the river Durance downstream at the level of Avignon TGV rail station. It is scheduled to be opened to traffic at the end of 2009, its construction requiring more than 10,000 m3 of concrete and 4000 tonnes of steel.

ROADIS LPC, the road facilities branch of the GALVA UNION Group, was selected for its expertise:

  • SLER designed and fitted the TETRA S16 barriers, along with the gutter mouldings
  • ROADIS LPC manufactured all the TETRA S16 barriers.TETRA S16.
  • All the road safety facilities were galvanised and thermo-lacquered at the GALVA UNION Group’s surface treatment sites.
